Schedule:

Make sure you have a set timetable for your sleep every day. This way your body will get used to it and you can get to sleep faster than ever. If you do not follow a set timetable for your sleep, your body and mind will be confused, that what makes it difficult for us to have a proper sleep.

No disturbance!

Have a quite and peaceful place to sleep. Sometimes we are sleepy but different kind of disturbance or noise keep us awake or disturb out sleep, then we wake up either half slept or with a headache.

No Electronics:

The more electronic devices a person uses at night, the more difficult it is to fall asleep or remain asleep. Here’s what’s going on: using TVs, tablets, smartphones, laptops or other electronic devices before bed delays the internal clock of your body. So, if you want to sleep better please put down those devices, believe me its for your own good.

No heavy meals:

“For years, we said a calorie is a calorie no matter when you consume it,” says dietitian Joy Dubost, a spokeswoman for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. “I don’t know if we can say that anymore, based on the emerging research. The timing of a meal may potentially have an impact.”

It’s better to have your last meal at least 3 hours before your bedtime. Laying down will slow down your digestion and make it even harder to go to sleep with full stomach.

These are some great tips to follow for your good night sleep, if you make them your regular thing, I am sure you will sleep better than ever. No More Snoozing……. Happy sleeping!!!!!
