Anti Stress Foods!

Have you ever felt your mental health going down, or perhaps your self esteem losing control. Here, I have written an article on how to keep positive mental health.

1-    Salmon

The omega-3 fats in salmon manage adrenaline levels to help keep you calm, cool and collected. Salmon is also full of Selenium which plays a huge role in the health of the immune system. This antioxidant helps lower oxidation stress in the body.

2-    Chamomile Tea

Chamomile tea not only a big help to reduce risks of many cancers but also boosts your immune health, relieves anxiety and depression, improves skin health, and prevents bone loss.

3-    Nuts

Cashews and pistachios are rich in vitamin e and zinc which help rest your immune system. Pistachios have a rich healthy content of fat, as well as full of lots of fiber. Plenty of antioxidants to keep your blood vessels open and relaxed during moments of stress. Cashews are full of magnesium which helps produce serotonin, a lack of which can affect your mood.

4-    Avocados

Avocados are full of petrochemicals such as carotids and phenol which have antioxidant capabilities that reduce oxidation stress which happens when there is an imbalance of antioxidants and free radicals in your body.

5-    Greens

We all know leafy greens are essential to good health. Spinach, kale, and collard greens, especially, are high in many stress-reducing nutrients and minerals such as B-vitamins, which help store energy, regulate mood, and improve brain function.
